Once the design direction has been agreed, we guide the project through any necessary statutory approvals, including Planning Applications, Listed Building Consent and other Regulatory Requirements.

With approvals in place, we prepare comprehensive Technical Drawing packages for contractor tendering and cost analysis. Alongside this, we source and coordinate furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), ensuring that every element aligns with the design vision and project budget.
